Yes — we proudly accommodate same-day and last-minute bookings. Once your driver’s license and insurance are verified, your vehicle will be ready for instant pickup. Same day bookings are subject to availability.

Yes. Age requirements vary depending on the vehicle tier:
Most cars: 21+
Higher-performance vehicles: 25+
Select exotics and specialty models: 30+

No. While personal insurance is always welcome, it’s not required. Beyond Luxury Rentals provides coverage options so you can rent with complete confidence, even if you don’t carry your own policy.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. This deposit is held at the start of your reservation and is deposited back to your card within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition with no damages.

No. A complimentary wash is included with every rental. If the car shows normal signs of everyday use, there’s no need to clean it before returning.
However, if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., sand, pet hair, smoke odor, or spills), a professional cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Most vehicles include 200 miles per day. Some higher-performance or exotic models may include 150 miles or 100 miles per day, depending on the class of the car. If you exceed the mileage limit, any additional miles will simply be charged according to the terms outlined in your rental contract.
If you plan to leave the Houston Metro area, you must inform us once your reservation is confirmed. This allows us to update your rental agreement and ensure the vehicle is properly covered and maintained for your trip. Travel outside of Houston without prior approval may result in additional fees or restrictions.
Yes. For safety and protection, our vehicles are not permitted on racetracks, drag strips, or any competitive driving environments. Cars may also not be taken outside of the United States.
Yes — we offer concierge delivery directly to your home, hotel, or the airport for maximum convenience. Delivery within 30 miles of Houston is available for a $200 fee. For longer distances, extended delivery options can be arranged upon request.
Yes. With prior notice, we’re happy to arrange after-hours pick-up or return. This allows us to provide you with the proper instructions and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
If any damage occurs, please contact us immediately. Our team will guide you step by step on what to do next, depending on the severity of the situation. For your protection, never admit fault at the scene — simply gather the necessary details, ensure everyone is safe, and let us handle the process with the insurance provider.
Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were provided to you.
